Who we are
We are Gianfranca and Raffaele. We lived in this apartment the first years of our relationship. Minù has been our loving cat since the beginning and our very first pet that shared the flat with us these past years. When we moved out, Minù missed her first home a lot, thus naming it after her. We now live very close to the apartment and we remain at your disposition for any problem or possible concern. It has been a long experience now in which we have welcomed with open arms people who want to visit our region or simple enjoy a stay with us for a weekend of relaxation. Don’t hesitate to call us for more information. Our goal is to be the best hosts in the Aosta Valley and simply want you to have the best stay possible with us!
Appartment description
La Casa di Minù is a pretty, quaint and private apartment of 64 m² equipped with all amenities and southwest oriented. You will find a fully furnished bedroom with a queen bed. In the living room there is also a sofa that can transform into a comfortable bed for two people, for a total of sleeping accommodations for four. The apartment has an entrance corridor, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a single bathroom and a small private garden. The kitchen has all sorts of appliances available for your stay (including oven, induction cooking system, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, all the necessary dishes and much more!). We also supply you with all linens used throughout your stay (blankets, sheets, pillows, towels, tablecloths). A pellet stove, which is very easy to use, can be turned on to heat the apartment. We will supply you with the adequate amount of pellet for a comfortable stay. However, if you wish for any additional pellet, you may purchase it directly from us. We ask you to only use our pellet as it is the best kind for our specific stove. During your summer holidays, you can take advantage of the beautiful private garden, equipped with table, chairs, beach chairs and a grill. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, however only allowed out in the garden. You can park your smaller car in our covered driveway whereas, if you have a larger vehicle, you can park it on a designated parking space close to the apartment (both are private and exclusively for your use only). We love animals, therefore your pets are always welcome (cats and small dogs only). The apartment is 8 minutes walking distance and only a short 2 minutes by car from the centre of Saint-Vincent. The strategic position of this town allows you to enjoy all the tourism destinations of our region in little to no time. We will leave at your disposition leaflets, maps and brochures for all the principal activities you can partake during your stay with us in Aosta Valley. Please feel free to consult all the books, magazines and reading material you will find in the apartment. You will have free internet access.
