All inclusive.

 

The rent must be fully paid up in cash at your ARRIVAL when you will receive the keys of the apartment.

 

Your small domestic pets are always welcome, but there will be a slight extra charge added to the payment.

 

For stays longer than a week, we can arrange an adequate discount.

The price for the Christmas time has to be agreed.

For July and August, Christmas time, Carneval week and Holy Week we ask for a deposit of €100. During these times, the €100 deposit will be non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled by phone call or email at least 15 days before your arrival day.

 

In July and August, we prefer to rent the apartment per week.

It is possible to rent the apartment also for a seasonal time period.
